The role of Project Manager will be to be the point of contact for multiple change projects across the business. Project management responsibilities include the coordination of projects on time and within scope of business ability and resource. You will oversee all aspects of dedicated projects, setting deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarise progress of projects when required. You will be required to support the Project and change team with project admin and create packs and templates for any book of work activities.
The successful candidate will report into the Change Lead to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable Book of Work activities against the company strategy. You will coordinate with all departments to ensure all aspects of projects are achievable against the current work in flight and support with planning and scheduling of projects to achieve success.
This role is based in our brand new centralised Customer Solutions Centre where our team of experts support customers after an accident, collecting valuable information by phone and email while making decisions that will aid in the swift and efficient repair of their vehicle and getting our customer 'back to normal'.
