Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will:

 

  • Manage a portfolio of Aviva policyholder’s total loss claims through to settlement
  • Look after Indemnity spend by correctly validating and settling files and reporting concerns and errors.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify tailored solutions, aligning with Aviva's values and principles, during the vehicle valuation process following the total loss of their vehicle.
  • Exercise discernment and employ multiple tools to determine the fair and consistent value of the vehicle to enable customer satisfaction.
  • Foster relationships with both external suppliers and internal stakeholders, contributing to a collaborative and customer-centric environment.
  • Promote customer satisfaction through attentive and compassionate service.
  • You will become a valued member of an established motivating team who aspire to grow their strengths by working collaboratively, maximising their skill set with an excellent team morale.
